Plenty,.. could write a book :-) !
Lived there for years before they joined EU, they were the best days...brilliant! Crazy, lawless, corrupt, yes -but it was fun! But now they´re in EU its not the same any more, just another part of the Euro empire, as I found on visit last year.
Also depends where you go to..Bucharest? or other towns?
anyway if you want specific info on places message me

The attached link below seems to be the most up to date guide for Romania/Bucharest that I have seen.
Hope it's of use!!
Permalink Reply by Ted on June 12, 2012 at 5:32 I've been to Bucharest twice. I didn't have time to look for the gay life. It's a fun city and I enjoy the spirit of the people. The Romanian Art museum is a nice collection.
Recommend getting out of the big cities too and enjoying the countryside. Cluj is a nice town and perhaps take the train from Cluj to Oradea near the Hungarian border. The countryside scenery is really pretty particularly in the Transilvania region.
