MSC FANTASIA April 13-20 out of Barcelona

Hey, we are embarking on the fantabulous MSC Fantasia for our first Mediterranean cruise.  The itin includes

Barcelona, Marseille, Genoa, Naples, Palermo and La Goulette.

Any advice for these places in terms of cool thing to see and do (and what to avoid!)?
