G'day from Melbourne Australia!

I am excited about my upcoming trip:

• 2013-Sep-06 2013-Sep-16 - Lisboa, Portugal"
• 2013-Sep-16 2013-Sep-27 - Madrid, Spain (Madrid & Barcelona)*
• 2013-Sep-16 2013-Sep-27 - Catalonia, Spain (Madrid & Barcelona)*
• 2013-Sep-28 2013-Oct-07 - Ile-de-France, France (Paris & surrounds)^

At this stage, I am finalising the dates and lengths of stays in each of the places above. 

I would like to connect with people in the cities above, as well as hear some suggestions on accommodations that are safe, secure, in the midst of actions, and not too expensive. Or if you have used, or know someone who has, a local travel agency (reputable, with cred and reference) that can help plan my trip (acomms, transpo, etc) that would be great.

I will be travelling with a mate.  And we have a mate (and his partner) who will be showing us around and billeting us in Lisbon.  Happy to still meet and catch up with a few locals! ; )

hi there, 

I will travelling in south-East Asia just over a month (19th of April - 27th of May), will be in Vietnam for the first week as will be doing a tour, but after that I will be on my own and haven't made any plans, but if anyone will be in that area of travel, I will be interested!
