I need an advice: I'll be travelling to Lisbon via Munich (on 4th June 2013) and I deliberately opted for a long pause in between the two flights, so as that I can visit Munich (since I had never been there). Practically, I'll have 9 hours to spend on sightseeing, or whatever else tourists do. Any suggestion regarding the fastest way to reach the city from the Airport and, the, about what should I do and see - would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance. Slo

I'm visiting Berlin from October 5 to 10. Attending events for the BLF Rubber and Fetish Weekend, also going to the Staatsoper and doing a lot of sightseeing. Anyone else in Berlin then - either resident or visiting?

Ok here is the being of our plans we fly into Munich for 2 nights, then drive to Salzvurg , then on to Nuremberg for one night, off again to Dresden , then to Gorlitz , then Berlin 3nights, Rothenburg, Bdenbaden, Freiburg, Oberammergau,Berchtesgaden, then back to Munich. 3 weeks total.     Anyone have any suggestions, what we shouldn't miss.

Its getting close to our vacation date Sept 14, we arrive in Munich spent one night then drive off to see different parts of Germany, my partner speaks fluent German, any one have any place to suggest would love to hear from you. Thanks, Rey
