I've been working out for about 2 1/2 years now. I lost weight due to counting calories and exercising vigorously.

My current routine is to start with 10 minutes of cardio, do 4 sets of four strength training with core exercises after each set, 20 more minutes of cardio and a five minute cool down. I also drink a whey protein shake after I shower.

I've found some helpful tips from Davey Wavey Fitness (on You Tube) and you can sign up for email advice. I also found helpful information with Bodybuilding For You that provides tips on burning fat and building muscle.

I think cycling is a great way to to keep fit, I do off road (not extreme) wood tracks and off road tracks. The natural vibration is much beter than the vibrating machines you buy in the shop!

I work out 7 days a week. 4 days are cardio and 2 days are TRX Training. I am down to 11% body fat.

I have recently taken off about 40 pounds and did it all with diet. I am looking to begin a simple workout routine at home and have a ball as well as dumbbells. Any thoughts as to a beginning, SIMPLE, routine. My initial goal is to build the workout habit as I have ignored exercise.

As long as you get your body without steroids that is a natural body- easy to see if someone is on steroids

Eat less meat, especially red meat; and
have regular exercise each day (and evening if possible).

Keep motivating me to do exercises and eat the right foods. Should be someone in the group who'll keep in touch
