Why do I enjoy traveling in The Phils?

1) 7000 plus islands, each with its own character and flavor

2) Beaches, mountains, rivers, waterfalls & forests.. it has it all

3) Cosmopolitan attitude of the Filipino's

4) English is understood everywhere

5) Accommodation and transport to suit every tourist

6) Variety of food & drinks

7) Romantic nature people

 

Anyone got anything more to add?

hiya...was there in october/november usually stay at manila pavilion hotel & casino "waterfront hotels"..my 9th visit at the hotel.....11 visits altogether since dec 2008.... but i really hate the 17hrs flights from the uk...usually stay for 21 days without a visa etc..my b/f lives in cavite joel his name mmmnnn ...

One of thousands. On our way to my mother's home island, we passed many uninhabited islands such as this. She was born on Dinagat Island; I was born on Mindanao Island.

I don't know of any gay friendly private beaches in the Cebu area. We went to Boracay Island which had some gay couples there. There were a lot of Japanese tourists there, though. I think you'll find a lot of Japanese in the tourist areas of the Philippines.

I've heard Cebu is very nice. But my partner thinks there are too many Japanese tourists- (he's Japanese) but if any of you guys have suggestions on any private gay friendly beaches that would be nice to put into our RTW itinerary...let me know.

Magellans' Cross in Cebu City. In his voyage around the world, Magellan was killed in the Philippines. His crew continued the voyage back to Spain.
