Hotels,gay friendly in Bangkok and Pattaya.

My favourite in Bangkok is the Malaysia hotel. http://www.malaysiahotelbkk.com

From $28 a night up,its basic but clean and habitable,and has a pool,coffee shop /bar.

Handy to train,and bus and a 7/11 store a few feet away as well as a few cafes.

A new Ibis brand hotel is now open immediatly opposite.Appxox $50 a night if you want a bit more swish!

Usual good security at malaysia hotel,your local companion must hand his ID card to reception, and reception phones you when he leaves to clear its ok to return his card.

No need to cruise the gay mafia downtown bars,as there is usuall plenty of local talent hanging around the hotel.

In Pattaya,we always stay at a  small mostly undiscovered  hotel conveniently located

In a lane immediately behind the small but cosy and friendly gay "Bamboo bar",and a short walk to the gay beach and  close by a gay bar precinct.

Basic rooms with frig,and balcony,and a friendly host Michael.
