Noticed that you live in Vietnam. I am planning to travel there sometime in oct-dec 2010. Any suggestions? I understand that Sapa is cold and may not be worth the trip. Comments? I am tentatively thinking about flying into Hanoi and then traveling to Halong Bay, taking the train (bus?) to Hue and Hoi An and then down to HCMC. Would like to take a tour of the mekong delta but can't find a tour to join (will be traveling alone and don't think I want to spend a couple of days alone on a private tour). Have been looking at come&go vietnam -they don't do groups- and water buffalo. They do a group, but have been told that it is very "toruristy" and containes "specially-made-for-tourists-fake" villages. Any ideas?
