I am down to earth, love to laugh, and spend time with family and friends. I'm an avid reader, with a considerable library of books. I enjoy cooking, long walks with that someone special at sun down and in the rain. I try not to take life to seriously. With me what you see is what you get, no pretense or airs. I'm comfortable in my own skin and happy with the man I've come to be. I work hard, but the job is never more important than person or people in my life. I can be brutally honest, but have learned to temper that honesty with consideration. I am fiercely protective of those I love. I tend to give my heart freely, which is probably why it's been mishandled so many times.

What I'm looking for.....

Non-Black men, I enjoy and am excited by the differences. Interracial is my preference. Someone who is comfortable with who they are, and has some direction in their lives. A communicator, with little room for being negative or negativity in their lives. Someone I can have a conversation with, including ones where we can agree to disagree, without anger. I'm particularly attracted to red heads, but more attracted to a individuals personality and sense of humor, than their hair color.

UPDATE:
Moved to Eureka, CA, attending HSU full time and working part-time for my company, pending having my job outsourced. Taking this as a sign to go back and finish my psychology degree....45 units to complete my bachelors!!
