Yes, we did have a wonderful lunch at Posada de Santiago! We didn't get to check out the pool. I heard it had a great view. Our favorite hotel on that trip was Hotel Casa Palopo in Santa Catarina. http://www.casapalopo.com/index.html (It's gay owned!)
Which hotel did you stay (with the restaurant that I took a photo of)? We stayed in a different place/village/hotel EVERY night when we were in Atitlan.
Hi Michael, I'm glad you enjoyed our website. Nicaragua is largely undiscovered by the tourism world and offers many pristine beaches, mountains, rainforest, etc. The people are warm and welcoming.
