USA:- Atlanta Black Gay Pride mourns slain organiser

This week, as part of Atlanta Black Gay Pride, there's a memorial candlelit vigil, which this year will have a special poignancy. Many there will be thinking about Durand Robinson, one of the organisers and one of the owners of Traxx nightclub, found shot dead in the street last Wednesday.

another year older

I am actually feeling quite relaxed, I have today, turned thirty. Although not happy at the thought, I am surprising releived about it, somehow all the turmoil and changes of my twenties are now behind me. It was a horrrible period that I am glad is over.

Nigerian bishop condemns gay relationships again

Archbishop Nicholas Okoh has used a speech at the All Anglican Bishops (CAPA) conference in Entebbe, Uganda, to once again condemn homosexual relationships. French footballer and German singer condemned for not disclosing HIV status

Guilty of grievous bodily harm and attempted bodily harm; that's the decision of a German court after it heard how girl-band singer Nadja Benaissa failed to tell lovers that she was HIV-positive, ruling that "in all probability" she had passed the virus on to one of them.
