Should iPhone app for anti-gay rights manifesto be banned?

Campaigners are trying to get Apple to remove an iPhone app based round the Manhattan Declaration, a manifesto drawn up by a group of Christians - largely clergy - which is profoundly against gay marriage and describes gay relationships as "immoral conduct".
